All About SLIERS

St. Luke’s - Idaho Elks Rehabilitation Services (SLIERS) is a joint venture between St. Luke’s Regional Medical Center and Idaho Elks Rehabilitation Hospital to provide outpatient physical, occupational and speech therapy, as well as social services.
SLIERS was developed in 1996 with the objective of meeting the needs of therapy patients throughout southern Idaho.

As a part of a not-for-profit health system, the SLIERS team believes our purpose is improving the quality of life of those we serve. The purpose is fulfilled without focusing on social class, position, or a person’s ability to pay. This ideology has made SLIERS a top therapy employer of choice in Idaho.  As a result, our organization has demonstrated unparalleled growth.  St. Luke’s - Idaho Elks Rehabilitation Services thrives because of our organizations commitment to integrity…integrity to our mission, vision, purpose and values.
